O&#8217;Conor and Herbert A. Faber. A few years later the Formica company was born. Around 17 years later, the material interested decorators and architects alike who used it to create furniture and certain elements of design. Very malleable, it offers the possibility to designers to imagine new shapes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It&#8217;s Formica, it&#8217;s great!&#8221; says the commercial of the 1960&#8217;s. Post-war France was covered with Formica furniture. It joins properties of both resistance and health, and esthetic qualities thanks to the variety of proposed colors. The attractive features are what have determined the company&#8217;s success. So much, that it has become a household name.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Looking for an original design?
