Exhibitors
Non-professional designers, collectors and professionals are welcome to sell items at our market including clothing, fashion accessories, décorative design objects and furniture from the 50s, 60s, 70s, and 80s. (For all materials from the 80s we only accept name brand articles). All pieces must be in good contition and with no alterations.

Price floor space :
Each module is 6m2 (2m x 3m). You have the possibility to take several modules of 6m2.
Price for one 6m2 module : 150€
Decreasinf rates for surfaces bigger than 35m2 (consult us).

Preinscription Form :
Faced with the graving success of the Vintage Fashion Market and confroted with a lack of space, we will implement a more rigorous exhibition’s selection for this 11th edition. After examination of your preregistration form, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Important : Photographs are compulsory.
N.B: this form is not a final registration form. Please do not send us a check without our final approval.
Registration is open for exhibitions who have already participed in the 2010 edition.
Registration is open for new exhibitors the first december 2011.
Deadline for registration : Friday, May 18th, 2012.

Weekend program :
Saturday, participants can arrive from 7:00 AM for the installation (a confirmation will be sent directly, which you will have to present then). The market will open to the public at 10:00 AM. Cars can be parked in a specified parking area after unloading. Cars may not be left near the stands to not hinder access. All participants will have a reserved parking space. Stands will be dissembled Sunday, after 7:00 PM.
NB : Concerning insurance, we are not reponsible for any broken or stolen merchandise.
We strongly recommend to take an insurance policy.

Important :
- The stands are empty, so you have to bring your own exhibition equipment. Clothes must be displayed on hangers, accessories and objects or tables.
- We do not accept merchandise on the floor, except for larger furniture. The market is hold in covered, un-enclosed spaces. Be sure to prepared for various types of weather.
- Stands will be left intact overnight. You have to provide a cover for your stand during the night of saturday. A team of security guards with dogs will monitor the site overnight.
- The location should be left in the same condition you found it when you arrived. Any damage or pollution will involve an additional cost on your invoice. Garbage bags will be at your disposal.
