The Vintage Fashion Market, an event focusing on current trends, welcomes young national and international brands to its Designers’ Space.  These new brands participate in various sectiors of design, including fashion (ready-to-wear men, women, children), and accesories in according with the theme « Vintage. »  Around 20 places are avalable.

The applications will be accepted begining January 2, 2010 and continue through April 14, 2010. The jury will meet April 15 to deliberate and an answer will be provided within the next few days.                                     For applications, send an email to:

PRICE FOR PARTICIPANTS :

Professionals : 105€   Non-professional Designers / Students : 90€

Individual stand (3m x 3m covered)

Weekend Program :

Saturday May 29, participants can arrive beginning at 7 :00 AM for the installation (a confirmation of inscription will be sent to you directly, which you will present at this time).  The market will open to the public at 10 :00 AM.

Cars can be parked in a specified parking area after unloading.  Cars may not be left near stands so as not to hinder access.   All participants will have reserved parking.

Stands will be dissembled Sunday May 30, after 6 :00 PM.

NB : Concerning insurance, we are not responsible for any broken or stolen merchandise.  We strongly recommend that you take out an insurance policy.

IMPORTANT :

• The stands are bare, so plan to bring your exhibition equipment.
• Clothes must be displayed on hangers, accessories and objects on tables.
  We do not accept merchandise on the floor, except for larger furniture. The market is held in covered, un-enclosed spaces.  Be sure to be prepared for various types of weather.
• Stands will be left intact overnight.  You will need to provide a cover for your stand during the night of the 29th.  A team of security guards with dogs will be present to monitor the site overnight.
• The location should be given back in the state you found it in the morning you arrived. Any waste left over will result with a fine.  Garbage bags will be at your disposal.
